Job Description

Job Purpose

Following ISO9001 quality management system requirements, take the role of documents control, including DWI/Drawing/Other documents, to support normal production. Working with team members, support the internal and external quality system audit, maintain Quality system well implementation in plant.

Your Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Take the role of documents control, revision control, documents release, retrieve, obsolete, under the quality policy;

2. Monitor the controlled documents used in production well controlled;

3. Highlight the abnormal process relevant with quality system, take the role of corrective actions and preventive actions study;

4. Support the internal and external quality system audit;

5. Make sure the documents hardcopy and softcopy well stored;

6. Lead the regular quality system assessment within plant following quality policy;

7. Work with leader to maintain and improve quality system well implementation;

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Job related competencies (Critical competencies required for the position under each of the below 4 dimensions)

Functional

Have good knowledge of quality management system. Quality internal or external auditor certificate is preferred;

Be familiar with the document control process;

Be familiar with manufacturing process;

Have ability to deal with issue happened in daily work

Interpersonal

Look for ways to collaborate and build teamwork with others.

Establish a good relationship with production and other department.

Has good independent capability dealing with the quality issues.

Business

Keep the good quality performance to satisfy the customers

Leadership

Time management

Positive communicate with other department to resolve the problem

  • The Essentials – You Will Have:
  • Technical school or above
  • At least 2 year work experience.
  • Computer skill for Excel and Word.
  • Basic English skill.
