Job Description

Tasks to be done:

Supervising the work of staff and managing the team

Ensuring high quality of current production and its processes

Verifying the level of implementation of the established plan

Developing and managing work schedules

Monitoring and ensuring appropriate working conditions in accordance with occupational health and safety rules (workplace)

Maximizing production efficiency

Generating reports and analyzing productivity, OEE, OEU

Motivating employees, encouraging the development of hard and soft skills

Ongoing communication with other departments of the company

Negotiating the terms of contracts concluded with suppliers necessary for the production of materials determines the purchase of equipment and the employment of new employees

Control of the activities of external contractors and subcontractors

Cost minimization

Implementation of standards and procedures as well as modern technologies

Active participation in the investment/expansion process of machinery

It executes the strategy and makes sure we get the most out of our investments
