Job Description

As an ISC Reporting Team manager, you will lead a global team and will report to the ISC Reporting team Sr Manager. You will collaborate with IT and functional partners to develop power platform solutions, data science solutions, workload planning for the team and provide guidance for employees on development needs. We are looking for someone that has experience with data and can provide solutions that create value for our partners. You will provide experience through information design and advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in partner management at multiple levels of the organization, capable to communicate functional leadership (VP/Dir Levels) requirements into applicable information for your team members.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice on best practices for solution of goals.
  • Experience in the data design required to support future use cases and future points of data usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Flexibility on shift timing to overlap with global teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Azure or similar data infrastructure, understanding of SQL and database building and maintenance.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with Power BI (or equivalent)
  • Experience of data tools and assets.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, Databricks, Python or R.
  • Ability to have diligence in detail.
  • Experience building end-to-end data solutions/models with focus on integration.
  • Direct firsthand experience developing data solutions.
