Job Description

Job Title: Training and Learning Development Specialist (Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program)

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in the execution of a multi-year global transformation program. The successful candidate will serve as a supportive hand for users to guide them through this change by running both formal and informal training for existing and new users. Through these interactions the Training and Development Specialist stays abreast of user needs in a detailed way, bringing those needs back to the team, QA-ing features and fixes, and overall being a positive and productive presence to help ensure staff are getting ever-increasing satisfaction and value from the organization’s CRM systems. 

You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Training and Learning Development for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative. This role does not have managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand existing team processes and training processes, and develop, track, and maintain a formalized training program for new users and users changing roles.
  • Create, track, and execute training programs to refresh and enhance system skills for existing users.
  • Understand the range of functionality in the CRM and create systems to monitor usage and proactively identify gaps that might need extra training and support.
  • Work closely with ‘super-users’ in various departments to help understand and address training needs.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • This role typically required 8 years of experience in adult education, preferably in technical initiatives.
  • Strong background in training and development, with a focus on technical aspects:
    • Familiarity with Salesforce content management and relationship management.
    • Prior experience with technical product implementations or integrations.
  • Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory.
