Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Functional

Material Master Data Creation: Create and maintain material master records in SAP and IFS accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with procurement and other relevant departments to gather necessary information for material master creation and updates.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative strategies to streamline operations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of existing material master data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of material master creation processes, guidelines, and standards.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on material master data-related processes and best practices.
Oversees

KPIs and SLAs: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Performance Indicators

TAT Compliance: Percentage of material master parts created or updated within the designated turnaround time.

Accuracy Rate: Percentage of material master data entries that are error-free and adhere to established standards.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
-
Full Time Graduate in any stream; Bachelor / Masters Business Administration
-
Domain Knowledge on Supply Chain, Data management in SAP / ERP, MM module, Material pricing, Product compliance, RoHS, Material Types, Type designation, HTS /HSN Codes, Sales/Purchase Org, Customer/Supplier BPID.

Lean Six Sigma certification to demonstrate proficiency in process optimization methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

Experience in utilizing RPA BOT expertise to automate processes, thereby improving efficiency and accuracy.

Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint for enhancing process efficiency and data visualization.
