Job Description

Writing functional specification
•Explain functional design to technical team members
•Document test cases and conduct testing of solution
•Product demonstration & internal/external training
•Understand ERP, Integration with third party systems
•Understanding of Sensors, PLC, OPC, Siemens, RFID, Barcode Technology
•Explain & demonstrate designed solution and helps to get end user signoff
•Troubleshooting & help support team in resolving issues
•Understanding of GxP, GDP & 21 CFR Part 11

Must Have:
•Assist with configuring and support the MES Weigh and Dispense and Equipment Management modules.
•Assist with drafting of process flow diagrams from paper based master formulas for loading into MES.
•Design and assist other designers in the team with filling out predefined templates with data collectedfrom various sources.
•Create Compounding Master Batch Records (MBRs) working in collaboration with Pharma Technologyspecialists
•Support creation and maintenance of Master data, Library elements, EQM State diagrams etc. on anongoing basis
•Support the creation and management of equipment state diagrams and equipment cleaning/calibrationspecifications (ESP)
