Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience working with Rockwell Automation products, particularly with a focus on Drive products and a background in Rockwell System Integration. This includes a comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of Rockwell control systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, LV Drives, and Soft Starters.

Specifically, proficiency in Drive products, including LV and MV Drives, is crucial. The candidate should be capable of handling overall west region LV and MV drive support, resolving customer queries, and troubleshooting issues by understanding the nature of faults or issues. Additionally, they should provide field analysis of frequent product failures, perform onsite repairs of LV/MV Drives, and offer AMC services.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of successful project execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities related to Rockwell Automation systems, particularly Drive products. Moreover, a customer-centric approach is essential, as the candidate will be required to provide support and solutions to customers in various situations. Previous experience in a Rockwell System Integrator background would provide valuable insight and familiarity with Rockwell products and systems, enhancing the candidate's ability to effectively serve customers' needs. Onsite drive training for customers should also be part of their skill set.
