Job Description

About the role:

• Develops technical solutions and management processes by means of implementing systems or enterprise wide solutions, using the company’s or a third-party’s hardware/software products.
• Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
• Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
• Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

To succeed in the role you need to :

• Have the understanding of Tire Manufacturing Process.
• Be able to define business needs, business processes, flows, and diagrams. 
• Prioritize user requirements and functional requirements.
• Document all business processes, needs, flows and diagrams (swim lane, UI Design etc.)
• Write reports, document and present analyses, project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify tasks and interrelationships to evaluate functional and cross-functional requirements.
• Research existing systems and procedures make changes and improvise wherever necessary.
• Recommend solutions to identified problems.
• Provide ongoing support to clients.
• Have prior experience in MES, IIOT based manufacturing IT solutions.
