Job Description

Job Related Competencies

  • Must have a good understanding of Life Sciences Industry from its process point of view.
  • Lead Projects Application on End to End basis (starting from Proposals to commissioning) with a strong focus on Life Sciences Industries.
  • Understanding on S88 Batch Standards, GAMP5 (Equipment Phase, Equipment Module, Control Module, etc.), PlantPax/Process Library,
  • Knowledge, skill and experience on Serialization solution is an added advantage.
  • Addresses conflict and other barriers to collaborate effectively & constructively, adapting to cultural norms and expectations
  • Is flexible / responsive to manage global needs & expectations about GEBS engineering deliveries
  • Has ability to adopt to changing needs and identify any risk as well in the projects at an early stage.
  • Has a clear concept on continuous improvement.
  • Must have strong customer focus.
  • Understanding on RA Hardware to lead commissioning activities at site.

Job Role

  • Have total experience of 5+ years of experience, relevant experience of 3-4 years.
  • Design, defines, and implements complex system requirements for customers or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
  • Develop and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop technical solutions and management processes by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using our or a third-party's hardware/software product.
  • Develop and recommends solutions and strategies, based on goals, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
  • He/she will report to Team Lead
