Cyber/Digital Analyst Intern

Analyst Interns will gain client-facing experience – traveling to client sites, assuming leadership roles among their team, developing meaningful client deliverables and experiencing Kalypso’s proud entrepreneurial and familial culture first-hand. We are looking for an individual to develop expertise in both digital transformation and cybersecurity, enabling them to conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate an organization’s digital maturity while ensuring robust cybersecurity practices are integrated into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

•    Consult with Fortune 1000 clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, product development, manufacturing, and broader supply chain optimization
•    Design and implement disruptive digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to help our clients drive business model innovation, enable new customer experiences, and build new internal capabilities
•    Optimize client’s new innovation, product development, manufacturing and broader supply chain processes and deploy supportive enterprise technologies like Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Supply Chain Planning & Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
•    Advise clients on how to connect the digital thread across the discover, create, make, and sell stages of a product’s lifecycle
•    Contribute to the development of research & thoughtware on a wide array of topics on the leading edge of innovation
•    Gain a breadth of experience across the Consumer, Life Sciences, and Industrial High-Tech industries
•    Take a leadership role in driving internal initiatives and passion projects that improve the firm, strengthen our community and better our people

Basic Qualifications: 

•    Pursuing or graduating a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
•    Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management, or Mechanical Engineering or similar
•    Strong academic performance 
•    Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably demonstrated in previous internship or part-time work experience
•    Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
•    Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
•    Demonstrated abilities in leadership and team building
•    Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
