We are looking for a Cyber Consultant to join us in Australia.
Our Cyber Consultant will partner with our valued clients on projects to develop secure network solutions. The Cyber Consultant shall participate in Assessments, Audits, Design, and deployment projects in Network, Security and Virtualization.
These Projects will be specific to enabling a connected enterprise / IT-OT convergence / Industry 4.0 by connecting the Industrial Internet of Things.
You should have:
- 'Hands-on' experience in Networking, Virtualization and Cybersecurity for a variety of automated manufacturing processes and equipment or process control.
- Knowledge in design and deploying security controls for an Industrial Network. This includes Firewall & Proxy design & implementation, Threat Detection and Intelligence solutions, Endpoint Security and Patch Management.
- Experience in Virtualization and Server Administration with a focus on VMWare and Microsoft Server solutions including Active Directory.
- Experience in configuration, design, and implementation of several Industry network switches like Cisco IE, Stratix, Hirschmann, Moxa etc.
- Understanding of standards such as ISA/IEC62443, NIST 800-82, NERC-CIP, Essential 8 and ISO27001
- Solid technical skills with EtherNet/IP and other Process Control Systems Networks like Modbus TCP, specifically around assessment, design, and implementation of complex systems.
- Strong commercial skills, ability to handle multiple projects, ability to diagnose automation problems and work with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Familiarity with a variety of security and/or networking concepts and procedures, to include manufacturing and enterprise network convergence, network protocols, communication optimization, application effects on system performance and human exploitation techniques on the manufacturing network.
- Experience in Network Architecture, PLC, Networking and SCADA design/programming including data extraction and data analysis.
- Exposure to PLC programming packages (Rockwell Automation or comparable platforms) is desirable.
- Design, implement and support customer's converged business and manufacturing/industrial systems and user needs in parallel with their overall business strategies.
- Write detailed documentation that could include user needs, system specifications, observed issues with remediation recommendations or implementation requirements in order to develop or modify manufacturing infrastructure.
- Design, recommend, and implement system security changes.
- Design customer secure manufacturing architecture and provides vision, problem anticipation, and problem-solving ability to customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or related technology driven degree with minimum 5 years of work experience. If no degree, 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Control Systems, Network Engineering, and Industrial Security Controls.
- Cisco CCNA Certification. Hands-on experience configuring IT/OT equipment. Previous experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations.
- Candidates with Cisco / VMWare / Cybersecurity related certifications will be preferred (CCNP, GICSP, CISSP, VCP)
- Travel Requirements – Flexibility for travel at least 25%is required and can include both domestic and international trips.
- Legal authorization to work in the Australia is required.
