Role Purpose:
The Product Engineer executes and closes projects according to scope, deadlines, and budgets. This includes coordination of resources and efforts of project team members, third party contractors, and consultants to complete projects according to plan. Accomplish routine and semi-routine tasks. Typically assigned to small projects or a phase of a larger project. Work with support with few direct instructions. Is developing experience in IT solution delivery with increased.
You will initially be dedicated to project implementation of Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) application with integrations to Rockwell Enterprise systems. You will then transition to ongoing support to provide the needed application product engineering services for Rockwell Automation Lifecycle Services capability team.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Certinia PSA application.
- Be a technical expert for Certinia Product on Salesforce Platform.
- Understand and lead Salesforce platform based development projects including Mulesoft integrations REST APIs.
- Perform tasks, such as customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, rules, dashboards, reports
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages within Salesforce.com
- Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
- Upgrade systems, patches, and processes for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Maintain and enhancing visual layouts, clicklinks, Mulesoft based integrations, workflow rules and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience
- Communicate with end users to understand feature requirements and address support issues, work with several teams on more complex requests and issues
- Develop in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.
- Create documentation, maintain standardization and seek ways to improve processes
- Participate in the weekly, monthly, and yearly Audit controls
- Participate in the disaster recovery exercises planned for the applications
- Follow Change Management Processes established by Rockwell IT
- Allow automated testing procedures
- Remain current on Certinia/ Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for salesforce-based solutions
- Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to refine requirements and identify technical designs
- You will report into Technical Leader
- This is not a managerial role
Skills, Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role within software engineering
- 4+ years of experience with SaaS products such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, Certinia (aka FinancialForce) PSA, Mulesoft.
- Experience with MS project, Office 365 Apps, Visio
- Experience documenting and analyzing procedures
- Experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues
- Familiarity with business concepts and data story telling
- Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners skills
- And changing business requirements
- Organise work of other development team members
