Job Description

Project Engineer

You will report to: Engineering Manager in Mexico

Work model: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Rockwell automation products and solutions.
  • Installation and commissioning Install and configure Rockwell automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function and meet customer specifications.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation.
  • Training: Provide technical training to customers and colleagues on properly using Rockwell's automation products and solutions, and maintenance and troubleshooting best practices. Collaboration with internal and external teams Work with application engineers, product developers, and other internal Rockwell teams, and external customers and partners, to ensure the delivery of automation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Automotive, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products.
  • Intermediate English
  • Your work will involve 80% travel, so travel availability is required.
