Job Description

You will act in the process of receiving goods, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and the accuracy of records. You will report to INDIRECT TAX SUPERVISOR, in São Paulo – Brazil. We ask that you have autonomy and the ability to work independently, being the focal point for receipt issues in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of receiving goods, including the verification of invoices and inventory control.
  • Compare purchase orders (PO) with invoices, identifying and correcting possible discrepancies.
  • Maintain control of legal deadlines and request extensions from Sefaz.
  • Use systems such as Excel and SAP (MIRO transaction) to record and track the receipt of goods.
  • Perform on-site checks in the logistics operation, ensuring compliance between what was delivered and what appears in the invoices.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Graduation degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting or related areas.
  • Knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ST, CFOP and CST.
  • Knowledge in Excel and SAP (Some transactions MIGO, MIRO, J1B1N, MIR4, MR8M, MM03, ME2L, and ME23N).

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • Previous experience in tax receipt.

Você atuará no processo de recebimento de mercadorias, garantindo a conformidade com os regulamentos fiscais e a precisão dos registros. Você se reportará à SUPERVISORA DE IMPOSTOS INDIRETOS, alocada em São Paulo – Brasil. Esperamos que você tenha autonomia e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, sendo o ponto focal para questões de recebimento na região.

Suas responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar o processo de recebimento de mercadorias, incluindo a verificação de notas fiscais e controle de estoque.
  • Compare pedidos de compra (PO) com faturas, identificando e corrigindo possíveis discrepâncias.
  • Manter o controle dos prazos legais e solicitar prorrogações à Sefaz.
  • Usar sistemas como Excel e SAP (transação MIRO) para registrar e rastrear o recebimento de mercadorias.
  • Realizar verificações in loco na operação logística, garantindo o cumprimento entre o que foi entregue e o que consta nas faturas.

O essencial – você terá:

  • Graduação em Administração, Direito, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento de ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ST, CFOP e CST.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e SAP (Algumas transações MIGO, MIRO, J1B1N, MIR4, MR8M, MM03, ME2L e ME23N).

Desejável – Você também pode ter:

  • Experiência anterior em recebimento de impostos.
