Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Delivery Office, you will protect employees and assets in different forms within Asia Pacific, by providing advice and counsel to internal customers and Security Coordinators. To do this, you need to foresee emergent conditions and develop cost-effective and proactive solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop security and Crisis Management related processes in the AP Region to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, information and personal risk.
- Lead AP region crisis management table top exercises annually.
- Assess security and emergency risks for Rockwell Automation facilities, employees, executives and other assets in different forms. Maintain latest knowledge of security threats, terrorism risks and potential impacts to reduce risks to employees and assets.
- Implement facility security projects for all new or retrofitted company locations in the AP Region. As the subject matter expert, provide global oversight.
- Maintain the Crisis Management program in the AP Region and interface with the CISO/Global Security function. Perform or facilitate Global HQ team training, including scenarios at least annually.
- Consistent with CISO/Global Security program content, provide security training and awareness.
- Perform or ensure RA and third-party security assessments are performed.
- Brief senior location management on suggested improvements.
- Accountable for global technology solutions and security management techniques to safeguard our assets and to correct security vulnerabilities while ensuring use of personnel, financial resources and equipment.
- Develop relationships with high-level law enforcement and international counterparts in the AP Region to include in-country security and international security agencies, intelligence and private sector counterparts worldwide.
- Work with all senior location managers, executives, operations managers, corporate audit, human resources, and other main functions within the region/company to enhance existing security programmes. Maintain an understanding of our strategic direction, goals, products and services, and planned expansion.
- With assistance from the Global Security staff and main external partners, provide travel security program oversight/support for all employees within the AP Region, including the facilitation of executive protection for senior executives traveling to the geography.
- Lead the AP Region's location security coordinator program and communicate timely guidance and facilitate detailed training programs. Communicate important information as related to the protection of our people and assets.
- Support the Director of Global Security, CISO and Ombudsman for sensitive investigations.
- Determine the need for regional emergency response plan changes and enhanced ISO 900 Level Procedures and ensure the appropriate format and content are followed.
- Lead the AP region Secure Desk Program and provide monthly, annual metrics associated.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in corporate security or relevant fields with more than 10 years' related working experience
- Experience managing different stakeholders in Asia Pacific Region
- Information Security Management
- Cybersecurity Awareness
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- Relevant Certifications in CPP, CISA, CRISC, CISSP((ISC)
- People management skill
