Job Description
Over the years, CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S has developed into an international and recognized partner in the electromechanical industry and with a product range that includes all types of enclosures. CUBIC delivers solutions to the industrial manufacturing, maritime industry, data centers, hospitals, power plants and not least the wind industry. CUBIC's focus has always been on quality, reliability, relationships in union with the product concepts. Recently, CUBIC has become part of Rockwell Automation.
As the Team Leader in Logistics, you will manage the daily operations of teams within production and warehouse department, leading a team of employees and ensuring efficient processes. You will help achieve production targets and promoting a positive work environment.
You will report directly to the Manager located in Denmark, Bronderslev.
You will work with the team on-site.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead the production team.
- You will ensure production meets quality standards and schedules.
- You will monitor production processes to improve efficiency.
- You will collaborate with planning and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- You will implement and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- You will report production metrics and team performance to the Logistics Manager.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement programs in production
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Educational background in production, engineering, or a related field (e.g., mechanical engineer, production technologist)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience managing production teams and knowledge of modern production systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with managing tasks efficiently and delivering on time.
- Proficiency in IT, especially in production management systems
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
