Job Description
Job Purpose
Conduct incoming material inspection according to IQC Critical Parts List for MCC business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete daily incoming material inspection and evaluate the acceptability based on IQC procedure, working instructions and prints (Drawing, BOM, workmanship, specification). The material include: components, assemblies, PCBA. Identify quality status of material and record the inspection results.
- Initiate a MRB process for non-conforming material and trace the MRB result
- Report daily inspection summary to relevant tasks.
- Purge the material in warehouse.
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineering, Process Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production to handle incoming material issue.
- Assist the tasks of quality improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Be familiar with print reading and GD&T technique.
- Have ISO 9001 and 14000 knowledge. Have quality awareness.
- Be familiar with Microsoft office packages and other common application software (ie. Lotus notes).

- Ensure thorough familiarity with procedures related to standards of business conduct, and trains and motivate team members in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such procedures.
Leadership
- Conduct tasks following applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO9001, ISO14000, etc.) and Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE (Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 3-5 years in Mechanical Inspection in a Manufacturing environment.
- Know and understand electronic (or electromechanical) manufacturing processes.
- Be familiar with plastic, metal, electronic components and inspection criteria.
- You will report to – Quality Manager
