Job Description
The Sustainability Project Manager within Supply Chain position leads specific department projects related to Rockwell Automation's responsible supply chain and global supplier management, with varying levels of complexity and supporting daily supply chain operations and contributing to a compliant environment. You will manage the development of strategic plans and implementation and improvement of multiple processes.

Primary work will focus on supplier engagement, reporting and communications for several regulatory campaigns and programs within the Responsible Supply Chain group and proactive guidance of compliance matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Must have the capability to assess the requirements, intent and potential risks of government regulations, and then transform those important findings into recommendations, solutions, action plans and reports, that support Rockwell Automation's compliance activities.
- Ensure program compliance and provides administration and reporting controls to support government rules and regulations, including the completion of selected supplier campaigns and surveys.
- Work with Rockwell Automation's Legal, Compliance, Sustainability and Shared Services teams, team members, customers, third-party ESG rating agencies and other departments to ensure coordination of data, documents, supplier survey responses and government reports.
- Lead/Support Supplier Communications and Campaigns related to all facets of Regulatory Compliance including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Cobalt, the Supplier Code of Conduct, Prohibited Technologies, Sustainability, CTPAT, ESPR Guide the gathering of information and report results periodically.
- Responsible for global management and oversight of all Suppliers. On an ongoing basis, the Project Manager, Responsible Supply Chain will monitor and evaluate supplier performance and work with Commodity Owners to resolve issues and ensure continuous improvement of the diverse supply base.
- Lead different compliance campaigns in partnership with Rockwell Automation's Senior Executives, Commodity Owners and partners.
- Manage Supplier Surveys, Audits, Campaigns and increase performance results.
- Lead internal and external training on selected RSC topics.
- Investigate high-risk suppliers and perform due diligence checks, including assessment of the supplier's procurement and compliance activities.
- Along with the Manager, Responsible Supply Chain, work with the DE&I, Sustainability, Compliance and Rockwell Automation Sales personnel, to adequately support all Responsible Supply Chain projects, customer requests and survey responses.
- Responsible for supplier development and onboarding of new programs and process improvements.
- Manage weekly dashboard supporting RSC activities and sound reporting.
- Review, assess and implement procedures related to US regulations and customer requests.
- Find and address risks and improve throughout the supply chain for all assigned projects.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage data in SharePoint, MS Teams and Power BI.
- Create, conduct and manage program specific audits to ensure Supplier understanding to government regulations, RSC goals and Rockwell Automation's Supplier Code of Conduct.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Requisites
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Law or equivalent experience. Advanced formal education is desirable in business, engineering, law or a technical discipline.
- Five (5) years of supply chain, compliance, manufacturing engineering, project management or operations management experience. CPIM, CPSM, or PMP similar certification.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification desirable.
- Power BI database development and management desirable.
