Job Description

Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop you engineering, analytical, and customer centric skills.

As a Summer 2025 Continuous Improvement Intern you will…

  • Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List – referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people)
  • Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates – drives customer access to the MSS 800 support line Globally (serves all MSS customers)
  • Publish work Instructions for the team. (Best practices and unwritten knowledge)
  • Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts (Cost and resource savings: we can stop servicing customers without contracts)
  • Statement of Work / Proposal Review for alignment with contract entitlements: (confirm we are only servicing what is in the contract – potential cost savings)

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • A major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Met us through an event or interned with us in the past
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
  • Experience and desire to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Geographic flexibility with a willingness to relocate
