Job Description

MES product development campus Karlsruhe – Design center responsible for architecture and development of MES information software products supporting production and digital transformation of companies with focus on the life sciences sector.

We are looking for a student who is interested to investigate and improve new technologies and product ideas in the area of MES and cloud software. You will be supported by a Mentor and report to Senior Team Lead SW Engineering.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will help to develop our MES and Smart Manufacturing Platform. There are new, inspiring forces in today's manufacturing environment where we need to be ready to maximize opportunities. Integrating augmented/mixed reality, voice, generative AI, and new cloud computing concepts to name a few, while maintaining scale, stability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and contribute to innovative research

The Essentials – You Will have:

  • You are enrolled (University / FH) and are studying computer science or a comparable field of study
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Commitment and independent way of working
  • Structured and willing to solve problems
  • Interest in practical and creative work
