Delivery Manager – Digital Managed Services

 Summary

Digital Managed Services is looking for candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Delivery Manager for Digital solutions delivered by Digital Professional Services (Kalypso).

As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of our Managed Services team, overseeing operations and the day-to-day management of multiple projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets our client's needs and priorities.

Delivery Manager, Digital Managed Services

Location: Monterrey or Mexico City

Modality: Remote

You will report to: Sr. Manager- NA Digital

The work is demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be steep but our team will help you develop a broad set of skills and allow you to explore areas that are interesting to you. We ask that you, interaction with both team members and project team members, and creating appropriate project documentation for all parties. 

Activities:

  • Maintains quality delivery on all support projects and services.
  • Maintain a good relationship with all clients.
  • Handle the executional ambiguities with diligence and comes with workable solutions.
  • Oversee the process and outcomes for resolving client issues.
  • Manage the use of resources among the support contracts.
  • Maintains multiple practice-level reports, records, and documentation of practice activities.
  • Expected to help the resources in their career growth.
  • Help with the monitoring and scheduling of daily activities of support teams.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management and implement our expectation with the teams.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or computer science, or 3+ years professional delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Experience in one of the major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP.
  • Experience with our requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions.

Desirable: 

  • Prior consulting and support experience working within manufacturing and IoT domains
  • Proficiency using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles and practices, based on project requirements.
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking tools (i.e. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ServiceNow, etc)
  • Familiarity with roadmap and planning tools
  • Experience leading varied, diverse and distributed teams
  • Experience working with PLM or IoT systems. 
  • Understanding cloud platforms and cloud IoT tools .
